HARDWARE LIMITED WARRANTY
Your products (only purchased on the website Actamid.com) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period").
We can’t cancel the order if your parcel has been shipped out.
We only refund or replace items when we ascertain the mini PC has gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship within 7 days (starting from the date of delivery). No shipping fee for returns or replacements in this case.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No handling fee for returning/replacing/maintaining the product, but please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. We are not responsible for returning products without consulting with us, resulting in our not receiving the product or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for reimbursing any fees that have not been negotiated and confirmed with us in advance for a specific amount.
Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, Actamid must receive Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Consumer must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") from Actamid and return the defective Device together with proof of purchase to the address specified by Actamid in connection with the RMA. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to Actamid. By sending the Device, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Actamid. Actamid may not return the original Device to Consumer. Actamid warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Actamid shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the Consumer. Any product returned to Actamid without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of in Actamid's sole discretion.

Return & Refund
Dead on Arrival (DOA): Customers should contact our Customer service within 7 days upon receipt of goods for DOA situation.
1) If the outer packing is broken or out of shape
- Immediately file a case upon the broken package to the courier company and get a confirmation in a form of a paper proof with stamp on it.
- Send us the pictures of the received items/package with detailed information describing the issue.
- After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, depending upon your requirement.
2) Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
Please carefully check the contents and the weight of the parcel before signing it. For any issues, please contact our Customer service with the information below:Email us with your order number(eg:MS1000).
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
The warranty period for Actamid products is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- Actamid must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
- For defective items that Actamid needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Actamid or if the defective item is not returned.
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REFUND or REPLACEMENT. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer. The duty free shipping you purchased will be invalidate once the order had been delivered. For the subsequent return, sorry that we will not cover the tax again for the replacement. If you are concern about the tax, please purchase the duty free shipping again.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non quality-related issues (after 7 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers
- where the instructions for use and keep of the Product are not complied with
- where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
